You have a 65 million budget to buy 7 countries of which you think are going to win the most points in Women's Handball World Championship.

The Women's Handball World Championship starts with a group phase where 24 countries are divided over 4 groups of 6 countries. In this group they will play every country one time (5 matches in total). In the group phase the teams can win points in every match. If they win a match they will get 3 points and for a draw they will get 1 point.

After the group phase the best 4 countries will go to the so called knockout phase. For reaching the knockout phase (round 2) every country gets 5 points. See the points table for more details.

An example: Spain wins 5 group matches in round 1. In this case Spain will score 15 points for your team (5 x 3 points). Because they also reached the knockout phase Spain gets another 5 points. For reaching the quarter final Spain will get 5 points, for reaching the semi final they will get another 8 points. When Spain loses the semi-final they earned 33 points in total (15 points in the group phase and 18 points (5, 5 and 8) in the knockouts).
