You have a 37 million budget to buy 5 countries of which you think are going to win the most points in Men's Handball Euro 2018.

The Euro 2018 Handball has 2 group stages and a knock-out stage (semifinal and final). In the first group stage the 16 countries are divided into 4 groups (A, B, C and D) of 4 countries. All countries play 3 matches in the first group stage.

The top 3 from group A will join the top 3 from group B in group E. The top 3 from group C and D will join in group F. In this second group stage the countries play again 3 matches against the teams they did not play before. The results from stage 1 against the teams you played before are also added to the ranking in stage 2. After all matches are played in stage 2 the best two countries from group E and F will go to the semifinals.

In both group stages the countries earn points per match. A win will give you 3 points and a draw 1 point. In the knockout stage you can win points by reaching the next round. For example: reaching the semifinal will give a country 5 extra points.

An example: France wins all matches in the group stages. France scores 6 x 3 points is 18 points. France will also get 5 points for reaching the semifinals, and when the go through to the finals they will get another 5 points. If they lose the final, they earned 18 + 5 + 5 is 28 points for your team.
