You have a 41 million budget to buy 4 countries of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy Copa América 2019.

The Copa América starts with a group phase where 12 countries are divided over 3 groups of 4 countries. In their group they will play every country one time (3 matches in total). In the group phase the teams can win points in every match. If they win a match they will get 3 points and for a draw they will get 1 point.

After the group phase the best 2 or 3 countries per group will go to the so called knockout phase. For reaching the knockout phase (quarter final) every country gets 2 points. See the points table for more details.

An example: Brazil wins 3 group matches in round 1. In this case Brazil will score 9 points for your team (3 x 3 points). Because they also reached the knockout phase Brazil gets another 2 points. For reaching the semi final Brazil will get 6 points. When Brazil loses the semi-final they earned 17 points in total (9 points in the group phase and 8 points (2 and 6) in the knockouts).
