You have a 42 million budget to buy 5 countries of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy Africa Cup of Nations 2017.

The Africa Cup of Nations starts with a group phase where 16 countries are divided over 4 groups of 4 countries. In this group they will play every country one time (3 matches in total). In the group phase the teams can win points in every match. If they win a match they will get 3 points and for a draw they will get 1 point.

After the group phase the best 2 countries will go the so called knockout phase. For reaching the knockout phase (quarter final) every country gets 3 points. See the points table for more details.

An example: Ghana wins 3 group matches in round 1. In this case Ghana will score 9 points for your team (3 x 3 points). Because they also reached the knockout phase Ghana gets another 3 points. For reaching the semi final Ghana will get 5 points, for reaching the final they will get another 5 points. When Ghana loses the final they earned 22 points in total (9 points in the group phase and 13 points (3, 5 and 5) in the knockouts).
