You have a 215 million budget to buy 20 ryttere of which you think are going to win the most points in the Fantasy Vuelta a España (15 euro) 2013.

Example: When one of your riders becomes 2nd in a stage, he receives 40 points. When another rider of your team becomes 4th, you will receive another 30 points extra, etc. The details of the points can be found under the "Points" header.
